"Bardzo przyjazna atmosfera, właściciel - Hassan, bardzo dba o to by goście czuli się komfortowo. I choć to oczywiście jest hotel, na tyle ile może, stara się byśmy byli tu gośćmi, nie klientami. Jest naprawdę bardzo pomocny i pomógł nam, gdy nasz oryginalny plan musiał zostać zmieniony. Gdybyśmy kiedyś chcieli wrócić do Marsa Alam, nie szukalibyśmy innego miejsca na nocleg."

"Super hotel ! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na uboczu miasta zapewnia spokój oraz piękny widok na Morze Czerwone. Sam hotel to bardzo ładny nowy budynek. Czyste, komfortowe pokoje z balkonem i pięknym widokiem. Bardzo miły i niezwykle pomocny właściciel oraz personel. Chętni do pomocy z każdym problemem, dbają aby pobyt był pod każdym względem udany. Jedzenie jest na najwyższym poziomie! Porcje są duże i codziennie dostawałem inne i przepyszne posiłki. W hotelu jest możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów a właściciel chętnie pomoże z organizacją różnych wycieczek."

"Świetna obsługa! Wlaściciel oraz jego przyjaciele byli dla nas niezwykle mili i bardzo pomocni. Pomogli nam w załatwieniu kilku spraw na mieście abyśmy nie zostali naciągnięci. Bardzo dobrze zjedliśmy - zarówno kolacja jak i śniadanie było pyszne i bardzo świeże. Pokoje są przytulne a widok na morze piękny. Okolica jest w budowie ale nie musisz się tego obawiać. Jest cicho i bezpiecznie. Zostawiliśmy auto pod bramą i wszystko było ok!"

"The staff is absolutely amazing and exceptionally friendly, they treat you as a friend and they are very welcoming! The breakfast is good and it has good value for the money. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I also liked the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located close to the beach. You can truly relax here and enjoy your stay to teh fullest."

"This is an excellent hotel. I arrived very late on the night of check-in, but the reception staff waited for me the whole time and escorted me to my room. The room was clean and spacious, the location was great, and it offered really good value for money. On top of that, the staff kindly gave me a free ride to the bus stop when I left. All in all, everything was perfect."

"Hotel Reef House is located in an excellent position, just 2 km from the center of Marsa Alam. The property is welcoming and offers a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere for guests. A swimming pool will also be available soon, which will make the stay even more enjoyable. The owner speaks excellent English, is very kind, and has been helpful with every request, always ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience."

"We found a family at Reef House! We stayed there 4 days. The place and around the place are not perfect, some organisation could get better, but here everyone made us feel just home. They helped us in everything, planning our trips and activities and many times we asked for a taxi they didn' t even call anyone: they directly took us to our destination. On my boyfriend's birthday we spent the day on a trip we organised with the guys of the hotel, and at night they prepared a birthday surprise for him: there was bedouin tea, local fruit and a big awesome cake we ate all together with the other guests of the hotel! The next day we had to leave at 6 am, but Amr was there for us to check out and say goodbye watching sunlight together. They are able to create true connections and bonds with and within their guests. We just can't explain how grateful we are for the esperience with all of them and really recommend anyone to choose Reef House. We will do it again 👍🏻♥️"

"This is a new and well-run hotel with excellent service. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he assisted us with everything — food orders, transportation, and organizing our diving trip. It made our stay completely stress-free. There is also a diving instructor available, which is very convenient. The rooms are new, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and fresh beddings. The staff are welcoming and hardworking, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Quad rentals are available on site, and all prices are fair and reasonable. A great place to stay, and we would happily come back."
