"We were moved at short notice due to problems in our booked apartment, and the new location was less successful for our chosen activities BUT the flat was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout."

"Having to change trams to get where we had to go... A very small concern overall"

"Central location in an interesting building. Very quiet and cosy flat."

"It wasn't clear from the initial booking that the flat had only 1 bedroom, with the other beds in the living room. Not a major problem, but I think the description could be clearer."

"Property was perfect. Comfortable and clean. Easy access to transport."

"Difficult to check in. Key not at apartment. When you have 4 kids and luggage making a stop and walking to get a key then to get back on the train is tricky."

"Loved the apartment and the location. Walking distance to everything Super helpful staff, I booked an apartment in the wrong street so I rang them and they had it fixed within 15min. Very friendly too"

"Shower was way too small, A larger person would not fit, I think it was about 50cm by 50cm but I would still go back as It was q very comfortable stay."
