"Apartament ma doskonałą lokalizację - tuż przy dworcu kolejowym, a jednocześnie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Z właścicielem jest bardzo dobry kontakt, odpowiada na wszystkie prośby i udziela rad dotyczących zwiedzania miasta. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i świetnie wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy w kuchni jak i w łazience. W okolicy jest mnóstwo knajpek i sklepów. Niedaleko znajduję się większy sklep (Lidl). Do Promenady Anglików nad morzem można dojść w ok. 15 min. Można też podjechać tramwajem (przystanek znajduję się niedaleko mieszkania)."

"We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!"

Very close to the main railway station Nice-Ville, easy and quick access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The host was amazing and always quick to respond that made me feel so welcome. Highly recommend the apartment and the host!"

"Everything was perfect and above expectations. The studio has more than you will need, exactly as described. It's near the city center and less than 2 minute walk from the train station. Also, the host, Yves, was very kind and more than willing to help. We recommend it 100% if you plan to visit Nice."

"This place is actually an apartment, not a studio. It has a long hallway, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All very well equipped with anything you might need. Wifi fast and stable, good for video calls. Owner really nice and easy communication."

"Place was excellent, close to the station and within walking distance to promenade d’anglais. Nicely decorated with small touches like suntan lotion, mouthwash and shopping bags to use."
