L'appartamento e' spazioso, cucina ben attrezzata. Dotato di uno spazio esterno ad uso privato vivibile e molto gradevole con la possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue."

"Apartament był zlokalizowany w świetnie skomunikowanym miejscu, przy samym dworcu Nice-Ville, a jednocześnie przy cichej i spokojnej ulicy, blisko sklepów, restauracji i innych punktów usługowych. Do najważniejszych punktów Nicei można stąd dotrzeć kilku-, kilkunasto- lub kilkudziesięciominutowym spacerem, natomiast do sąsiednich miasteczek, takich jak Monako, Antibes czy Cannes dojeżdża się w mniej niż pół godziny pociągiem. Mieszkanie było bardzo przestronne i zawierało wszystkie podane w opisie udogodnienia. Na początku pobytu musieliśmy wnieść dość sporą kaucję, w przedostatnim dniu została ona nam w pełni zwrócona. Pani, która przekazuje i odbiera klucze mówi jedynie w języku francuskim, ale wszystkie ważne informacje zostały nam wcześniej przekazane przez czat, więc nie było z tym żadnych problemów."

"Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu wcześniej niż zakładaliśmy, bo prawie cały dzień okropnie lał deszcz, ale pokój już był gotowy i obsługa nie robiła problemu z tego powodu. Bardzo ładnie urządzony pokój, wygodne łóżka, miła obsługa, obfite i różnorodne śniadania. Dobre położenie hotelu, prawie tuż przy morzu, Wygodny parking podziemny, był prawie pusty, szerokie miejsca, nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem auta."
