"Very close to the beach, and historical landmarks such as Omaha Beach and Normandy American Cemetery. Spacious accommodation with a nice yard, including a barbecue grill and picnic table."
"The property is a bit remote with little access to groceries. The kitchen is lacking a few necessities (I.e. spatula, oven mitts). Also, although there are multiple signs on the counter boasting coffee, coffee corner, open for coffee, all next to a coffee tin... They do not actually provide any coffee. This is a very small convenience that would go a long way to improving the stay (there was tea and sugar available, though). Check-in details were received a bit late, thankfully I had cell reception to see the messages that were sent."
"A perfect base for exploring Omaha Beach and D-Day landings. Chez Memere is on a quiet track used by cyclists, walkers and horse riders to reach Omaha Beach which is no more than 10 minutes walk along the track. The home is clean and has a well equipped kitchen if you want to self cater (which we did). We are light packers and the washing machine was welcome. Plenty of calm space around. We are in the garden each evening as the weather was glorious x"

"Locatie was prima, vlakbij Omaha Beach, prima plek om alle bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken die te maken hebben met D Day. Prima bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken met diverse apparatuur. Goede stremming tv. Alles was verder perfect."
"Wat is mistte was een goed broodmes voor het stokbrood en de regendouche was niet goed, zeer harde straal en weinig (leek verstopt). Ook mistte wij een goed tuinset/stoelen waar je toch lekker op buiten kon zitten. Ben wel benieuwd in de zomer hoe warm het is want er is geen airco in het huisje. Wel rolluiken."

"The location is fantastic....it's got a path to Omaha Beach outside it . The area is so quiet and peaceful. The house is very well equipped. The two bedrooms are a good size with lots of storage. The big bathroom has a great shower and a washing machine. We will definitely return."

"Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ma kann den Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Es hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus auf einem abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Eine schöne Terrasse lädt zum sonnenbaden ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut entspannt."

"Le logement était très propre, décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel, tout pour se sentir chez soi, dans un cocon. Les petites attentions, à destination des vacanciers, ne sont pas des détails et font toute la différence. Rien ne manque! La taille des chambres est appréciable. La literie est confortable et les lits superposés 2 places sont un vrai plus. La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine, était agréable, très peu fréquentée. L'accueil très chaleureux, bienveillant et professionnel de Sonia a été rassurant. Tout est conforme aux photos et à la description complète présentée dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la région et la qualité du logement y a énormément contribué. Nous sommes très exigeants en matière de locations de vacances et le logement est largement à la hauteur de nos exigences. Bravo et merci à vous ;-)"

"We had a wonderful stay here during Easter. The apartment was extremely comfortable and located about 10/15 min walk from the beach. It was a quiet area and every comfort was provided for me and my family. Nathalie the host was so helpful and kind to us. The apartment was super clean, free towels, bed linen provided. It is high spec with all mod cons which made our stay so wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return some day. Nathalie even went out of her way to find us a parking space in a separate garage which was above and beyond what we expected. The apartment is luxurious with all mod cons, a lovely balcony where we are breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the sunshine. It is close proximity to Lidl supermarket for purchasing supplies."
