"Bruno is a great host, speaks good English, and generously let us store luggage prior to and after check-in/check-out times. The location is superb for walking to the world heritage historical path, good restaurants, and tram stations. The garden cottage 'mansionette' is quaint, very quiet, with a reasonably well appointed kitchen, comfortable for 2 people."

"Cozy clean flat with everything you need to spend a few days in Nice. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Little terrace where you can take breakfast or coffee. Exactly like the pictures. Calm at night so good rest is guaranteed. Reliable wifi. Close to Nice's main train station and tram stop Alsace-Lorraine. Olivia, the host, is kind and very responsive. Important to note that a security deposit of EUR 450 must be made before your stay - while clearly indicated on Booking under "House rules", I failed to see it myself when making the booking. Thank you for welcoming me into your flat!"

"Every part of it seemed completely new. The Hot-Tub centre piece was amazing and somehow the room wasn’t damp at all. The owner was really nice and communicated everything perfectly. It was a business trip but each night was very relaxing. Will definitely stay again!"
