"Instalaciones y equipamiento muy correcto. A pesar de que la temperatura en el exterior era de unos 3°C al llegar, el apartamento estaba a una temperatura muy confortable. Electrodomésticos muy nuevos. 2 radiadores eléctricos y toallero eléctrico en baño."
"Acceso al piso por escalera muy estrecha. No apto para personas con poca movilidad o reducida. El espejo del lavabo muy poco práctico. La cama doble de difícil acceso para persona del lado pared."
"Je recommande vivement cet appartement ; il est tout simplement parfait. Il est très agréable, très bien équipé, on y trouve tout le nécessaire et la vue sur la ville est à couper le souffle. De plus, il est à seulement deux minutes des commerces. J'ai adoré !"

"Principalment la situació. Està situat ben bé al centre de Rodez. És fàcil de trobar aparcament al voltant. És petit però molt pràctic i ben distribuït. Als propietaris no els hem vist en cap moment però ens han donat moltes instruccions que han fet molt fàcil la nostra estada."
"Hem sigut 3 i la taula drl menjador és molt petita. El nostre fill ha hagut de dormir al sofà llit i ha estat una mica incòmode. És un apartament per 2 persones"

"Appartement joliment rénové et bien équipé. Résidence à 10m/m du centre ville au calme parfait pour se reposer après de belles balades à Cabourg. Produits de première nécessité sur place bien appréciable pour de courts séjours. Des propriétaires qui ont a cœur du bien être de leurs visiteurs (TB) Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais celui-ci a toujours été très réactif pour répondre à nos SMS et appels téléphoniques (TB) Bonne adresse que je conserve pour de futurs séjours. "Le Gite ‘la Belle Epoque’ has been delightfully restored, is most comfortable and very well equipped. The owners have taken great care in the design and equipping of the gite and we were made to feel very welcome. Although small, it has everything you need and the bedroom is surprisingly spacious. There is also a delightful private courtyard with seating and table, a terrace at the front and a garden opposite, all lovely spaces to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Located on the very edge of a small historic village, only 100m from the Burgundy canal."

"The apartment is beautiful !!! with plenty of sunlight !!! It felt like home because there were everything you need there: and plenty of it too! You have everything you need to cook , wash your clothes , clean the apartment . I mean nothing is missing there and WE HIGHLY APPRECIATED THAT. Highly functional apartment, was surprised to even have soap for the washing machine!! The hosts also responded promptly to our questions."
