"The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is excellent as it is within easy walking distance to the centre of Tours."

"Communication regarding the door code needs to be improved. We were travelling all day and when we arrived at the property at 4.30 pm I could not access the internet on my phone. As we had not received the door code that morning I phoned the conciergerie service to ask for it. The gentleman I spoke to refused to give it to me over the phone as he said he could only do so through the Booking.com website. If that is the case then the door code needs to be sent to guests the night before or early in the morning to allow for people who are travelling and may have a similar difficulty to mine . Fortunately my husband managed to log into Booking.com on his phone and found the code which had just been sent."
