"The apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and closer to other stations (Gare de Bercy and Daumesnil) making it very easy to get elsewhere in Paris. Instructions for check-in and check-out were prompt and easy to follow. The neighbourhood itself felt very safe and had grocery stores as well as plenty of places to eat (although you may have to search a few restaurants for a cheaper option). I found the apartment to be very clean on arrival."
