"The receptionist was charming and very helpful. The hotel had a restaurant next door which was perfect."
"I booked this hotel because I went on a solo trip to Disneyland Paris. The price for 3 nights was very good for 1 person. The room was amazingly renovated. But there were some corners that needed a little more care. The bed was amazingly good and comfortable! The shower ohw lord amazing! It was clean expect for the toilet, bur after the first day, they did the cleaning and it had been taken care of. It was not a big problem. For the placing of this hotel ( against a busy street) I didn’t have any problems with the cars coming by, didn’t have any problem with noises. It was great parking, free and with a gate that closed at midnight."

"Very close to town centre, and Bagnères-de-Bigorre is convenient for Pyrenees sights etc. The house is impressive and the garden is lovely. Free parking just around the corner. Fanny is a very friendly, helpful host, and helpful with restaurant recommendations - L’Assiette de Juliette is super. And we loved La Courte Echelle !"

"Le coffre n'est absolument pas placé où il nous a été indiqué, les photos ne correspondent pas à l'endroit de la porte d'entrée et impossibilité de joindre le prestataire. Nous étions pourtant un mardi et il était 16 heures. Heureusement que nous n'étions pas en pleine nuit, et accessoirement que nous parlons anglais, car rien est en français lors de la communication téléphonique (qui s'est limité a des msg répondeurs)"
