"The communication was very easy and fast. Questions and issues got a quick reaction and fix. The appartement is spacious and located very nice in the city center."
"There is one cooler unit, but to get it to cool two rooms is very difficult. We were offered another ventilator, but did not test it out, but it should be there. So, when it is hot in summer time it should be easier to keep both bedrooms at agreeable temperatures."
"It’s a very nice and cosy apartment, right in the center, close to many shops, restaurants and museums. The bed was great, we slept wonderful! Everything you need for coocking is avalaible. The hosts are very helpfull!"

"We loved the central location. And the apartment itself is both calm and spacious allowing one to relax after a long journey to get to Aix. The wonderful bathroom offers both a shower and a bath. The owners were very supportive in helping us gain initial entry into the flat**, in providing us with welcome orange juice and coffee sachets, offering suggestions for lunch**, and in reaching out to us to check we were ready for checkout."
"We suffered from WiFi and mobile phone connectivity during our stay and lost contact with the owners when they wanted to speak to us. To avoid them encountering a similar issue from happening perhaps they might consider also leaving a printed information sheet in the property giving the details of checkout time, where to leave the keys on departure, and also the very helpful suggestions of where to eat. We would have liked a small frying pan to cook an omelette."

"The accommodation is on the 4th floor, but it was actually bigger than we expected from the photos (the app is on three floors). Everything was comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, even some basic groceries like sugar and salt, to make it easier to get started... Both beds were very very comfortable, enough towels and everything in the bathroom. We stayed there for five nights with my family and we recommend it to everyone, as it is in a great location - there is a pedestrian zone and a nice market around, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and several metro stations are close. We arrived very late the first night and had problems getting onto the balcony (it has a separate entrance) - when we informed the owner the next morning, he changed the lock the same day and fixed everything. Thank you again for everything and we sincerely hope to spend our holidays in Paris again. All the best, dear Charles."

"The property is in an excellent location to shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Lots of historical places to go nearby. There is a bus stop right outside and around the corner from the property. The buses were very frequent and fares were cheap. Very safe location, fantastic communication throughout from booking to leaving. Very quiet building. Shutters on the windows are amazing they provide continuous blackout perfect for getting a good nights sleep. Other reviews mentioned a drain smell in the bathroom. We also had this a couple of times but it really wasn’t that bad and didn’t last very long. No issues with the shower and it had great water pressure. Overall fab little apartment. Highly recommended."

"Excellent, well lit and quiet location in old city just a short walk from the centre and very close to brilliant tram service, great bars and restaurants. Extremely comfortable modern apartment , spotlessly clean, well equipped and a host who has thought of just about everything. Manuel provided clear instructions on getting there from Montpellier St Roch station and was very available if help needed at any point. We really enjoyed our stay( to watch Gloucester rugby) and would be delighted to stay at Petit Olivier again if we play Montpellier in the future."
