"Location is near metro line. It is so easy to access city centre about 10 min. Easy access to apartment. It has everything you need in a home. Too big . 5 people can live here so easy.If you love old city buildings and apartments like us, you will love here."

"This is our second stay at the same place and we love everything about it. The apartment is very cosy, comfortable and feels like home. Especially the second bedroom is the favorite of my son. You can walk or take the nearby metro to anywhere you like. The hosts are very kind, and we thank again Mrs. Sine for letting us stay a few hours more on our check-out day. It really saved our day."

"Nothing to improve. The cooking ware were a bit used last time, but now they are all renewed and thanks for that. The apartment is at the second floor with no elevator, it wasn't a problem for us, but one should just know before booking."

"We loved every single thing. The apartment was clean, bright, and lovingly furnished. Sine really understands how to welcome travellers. There were a few basics in the pantry. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is large, so we could relax. It was cool our first few days, but the heaters kept the rooms cozy. The location is perfect to launch a trip anywhere in Lyon. We are steps away from the Garibaldi stop on the D line. We bought a one-week pass and used the subway and trams to see the city neighbourhoods. There are multiple grocery stores and other shops in the neighbourhood. The building is quiet and secure."

"A good location near a metro station, the apartment had all the basic necessities for the stay, clean and cozy. There is no traffic noise; it’s very quiet and peaceful, providing a great opportunity to relax after a long walk around the city."

"The building is old, and noise from the neighboring apartments can be heard, which is a bit concerning at night—you can hear footsteps. I would recommend having a waste bin in the bathroom, as well as kitchen paper or some cleaning wipes in the kitchen."

"Great apartment. Clean, spacious, good kitchen, lovely view out the window, comfortable bed, coffee machine. Approx 10-15 walk to Lyon Part Dieu train, and 15 Min to the river and shopping precinct, 20 Min to Old Town. Supermarket near by ( Aldi..about 200m). Close to main streets for walking at night but very quiet. Felt safe there."

"On the 2nd floor so 2 large flights of stairs...but you only have to carry your luggage up once so not really a problem for us."
