"Gut geschnittenes und durchdacht eingerichtetes Apartment in einem ruhigen Haus und ruhiger Umgebung. Parkplatz inklusive. Intra Muros und Tour Solidor sind nicht weit. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Gute Matratze und neues Bad, durch die Jalousien wird es in der Wohnung nicht zu warm. Großer Balkon. Preis für St Malo absolut fair, im Ganzen wirklich zu empfehlen 👍"

La déco est très moderne, la salle de bain est magnifique, litterie très confortable, accès au local et à l'appartement par code (très à la pointe de la technologie),la climatisation est un plus. Très bonne communication avec Fahem. Parking gratuit dans la rue ou rue adjacent. Ménage top (appartement propre et sent bon). Possibilité de cuisiner, vaiselle, four, micro-onde, bouilloire, machine café Senseo avec dosette disponible, moulin à épices..."
