"Logement très bien placé,proche du centre et de la gare.Très bien équipé.Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Joli coin couchage en mezzanine. Accès facile avec le logiciel passpass. Place de parking précieuse. Propriétaire très réactive."
"Canapé lit très difficile à déplier qui demande beaucoup de force. Matelas très mou à l'étage. Boules quies conseillées car on entend les voisins. Difficulté à avoir de l'eau tempérée dans la douche(soit trop chaude,soit trop froide) Vis à vis."

"Beautiful property spotlessly clean and well situated"
"The property was very nice, cosy and spacious. Everything we needed for cooking, showering and other things was available. We felt very comfortable and safe in the property. The location of the accommodation was great, very beautiful beaches are just a 15 minute walk away. The host, Sandrine, made us feel incredibly welcome. She showed us around the accommodation and explained to us what we could do in Sausset-les-pins, where the shops were and where the best beaches were. She made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful. We would recommend the accommodation without hesitation!"

"Localization is perfect, the size of apartment is just enough, apartament is clean and quiet, big plus is that there is no need to make an appointment with giving the key, all directions how to find the place and how to get inside are great. All neccessary kitchen and bathroom equipment is just on place. Very comfortable staying. I do reccomand. Sze of the bed is comfotable for 2."
"Excellent location, small but cosy property. It’s a walkable distance from promenade and old town. Nice Ville station is at 12 mins walk. Many eating joints are around corner and in evening melodious piano / violins are played and can be heard and seen from property."

From the first moment — with the owners waiting to hand over the keys — to the last, when they met us again with local gifts and pastries, everything felt warm and welcoming. Everything we needed was nearby: a great restaurant at hole 19 of the golf club, a tennis court, and a swimming pool — all perfect for relaxing and enjoying the French Riviera without the hassle of the crowded coastline. The apartment had everything we needed: fresh, high-quality linens, a great shower, a selection of wines to choose from, and a spacious balcony to enjoy the evenings overlooking the fairways. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality — it made our stay truly special 😊"
