"Superb location. Manu and Cindy were very responsive and very helpful and friendly. The chalet was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with easy access to the ski lift and Chatel centre. Would return without hesitation if visiting the area again."

"Note that the parking space in the garage is tight, so we were glad we had a small car. But there is municipal parking nearby. Not a big deal at all, but worth being aware of this."

"We were welcomed on arrival by Cindy, who responded to messages very quickly via whatsapp whilst checking-in, during the stay and on check-out. The apartment was easy to find with the information provided in advance, and we were given a full tour of the facilities on arrival. The apartment facilities were fantastic - garage, ski locker with boot warmers, sauna, table tennis tables, nice quality towels, well equipped kitchen. All very new, modern and pristinely clean. All in all one of the best self-catered chalets we've stayed in and for a reasonable price! Location is good - probably a 5-10 minute walk to the Super Chalet gondola. Alternatively, 5-10 minute walk to the Chatel central bus station then a shuttle to Pré La Joux provides quicker ski access to Avoriaz."

"The only downside of the apartment is that it is on the ground floor, so walkers can peer in if curtains or shutters aren't closed. None of the apartment windows have much of a valley view. But if that's a priority, then you'll have to pay a little more to go elsewhere."

"The parking is super tight, which is probably the same wherever you go in chalet. We didn’t have the option to get a smaller car because we had ski gear but if coming in the summer, I would definitely get the smallest car possible! I wish they had provided a little more information about public transportation, the bus schedule, etc. that would’ve been nice."
