"L'accueil de nos hôtes, toujours à l'écoute. les jeux dans le chalet et extérieurs à coté du chalet dont les enfants ont profité. La situation à 2 pas de la grande plage de sable."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet des Marmottes du 31/12/2025 au 03/01/2026. L'emplacement est idéal vis-à-vis du Lac Léman et des villes aux alentours et les gérants du site sont adorables. Je recommande vivement !"

"Chalet très sympathique, bien situé. Nous avons passé un moment familial très convivial. La proximité du lac Leman topissime. Animal de compagnie admis sans supplément. Accueil sympathique, réactivité, souplesse et disponibilité de notre hôte. On a bcp apprécié le puissance 4 géant en bois, addictif."

"Le chalet est très bien situé . La très jolie plage d'Excenevex est accessible à pied. Pour 7 avec 2 enfants on était niquel. Il y a de quoi cuisiner. La salle de bain est spacieuse . Le chalet est bien isolé on n'entend pas trop la route qui est à côté."

"The room is big, and very clean with a nice balcony and every facility you might need to feel at home; good location."
"This place is located 20 minutes walking distance from the main attractions in the village, or a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet, you’ll enjoy a very peaceful sleep, if the mosquitoes agree. The owner, she’s a lovely person (she speaks English), and will help you with any question or recommendations you might have. We parked our motorcycle in the garden. Bed was big enough for two. Toilet is big, with a great shower. There’s also a fridge if you want to buy some drinks."

"The host is very nice, always with a smile on her face. The two bedroom house is very spacious and clean, with big garden, easy parking in the yard, beds are confortable, modern kitchen and bathroom, nice living and terrasse. Pietracorbara sandy beach is 5 min driving. Bastia town and Arinella beach (large and sandy) are 30 min driving."

"Great location with wonderful walks and views. We were so lucky that it was sunny the whole week. Large and very well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounging area downstairs and outside. Chickens on site and we were given their eggs. Boules were supplied, which we enjoyed playing. The supermarché was just a short drive away, and there were some interesting and picturesque old villages and towns to visit."

"We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and pubs, making it super convenient. The apartment was in superb condition and spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything you could need, including a washing machine, hair dryer, towels and a fabulous food package on arrival, which made our stay even more comfortable. The interior was beautifully designed and so well put together, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were fabulous—so friendly and accommodating—and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We couldn’t fault anything about this place. It was incredibly comfortable, and we’d recommend it to anyone. A definite 10/10!"
