"Great apartment, spacious, modern and well furnished. Excellent location in a historic building very close to the old harbour."

"The apartment is on the upper floor above the Orpi estate agency and is ideally located close to all the harbour-front restaurants. The apartment itself was immaculate. It had a large living room/kitchen area, a good sized bedroom (very comfortable bed), and a compact shower room. The stairs up to the apartment are accessed by a door to the rear of the property via an alleyway with a lockable gate. The lockable gate is mentioned because we found the alleyway a very useful and safe place to lock up our bikes (rather than trying to get them upstairs into the apartment). Whilst the apartment doesn't have a dedicated parking space, there is a lot of free parking in very close proximity. On arrival, we were met by Pascal (who works in the estate agency - I think!) and he was friendly and made us very welcome."

"Très fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Très central, proche du port, des commerces et de la gare, il est possible de venir à pied. Lit 180 Contact et discussion avec le propriétaire, ce qui se fait de plus en plus rare !"

"Tout d'accord l'accueil de Monsieur BODIN qui a bien pris son temps pour nous donner toutes les infos de ce qu'il y avait à faire et à voir. Le logement est très bien, joliment décoré et situé en plein centre."

"Bel appartement propre, lumineux et bien placé. A recommander pour 2 personnes. La seule réserve étant la salle de bain très étroite. Merci au propriétaire pour son très bon accueil."
