"Bel appartement plutôt vaste avec équipement et confort très convenable, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi et qu'il a été un petit peu long à chauffer, car resté incoccupé un certain temps, compte tenu de la saison. On peut se rendre à pied à un petite piste (verte, je pense) à quelques minutes de marche, la station principale est plus loin et un véhicule peut être nécessaire (800 m environ)"

"Świetnie położony obiekt w samym centrum miasta. Świetnie wyposażony. We wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na kilka dni pobytu. Dwie łazienki. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Sam obiekt nie jest duży lecz w pełni zaspokajał potrzeby 4 osobowej rodziny. Dobra obsluga i wystarczajaca instrukcja jak korzystac z obiektu na emaila lub sms. Jesli chodzi o parking to.od razu kierowac sie na publiczny gdyz instrukcja w obiekcie nie jest zbyt logiczna. Zdecydowanie polecam."

"Absolutely fantastic property! Very spacious and very clean. Fantastic shower with everything you could need. It was very quiet and had parking outside on the street. The owner she was fantastic and so nice. She even contacted me after to say I left a dress behind. She said it was red and I didn’t realise it was mine. So definitely will come back next year. Would definitely recommend this property. Price was excellent for it."

I see comments here that someone had a problem with it, but it was comfortable for us. All in all a good accommodation, deserves a higher rating. "Accueil chaleureux et très flexible car nous arrivions finalement plus tôt que prévu avec beaucoup de route et un bébé, et le rdv a pu être avancé sans soucis. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par une hôte attentionnée, qui nous a fait visiter les lieux et donné des conseils de visites pour notre séjour. La literie était confortable, le logement très propre et spacieux, et le grand jardin très agréable ! Le gite est très bien situé, au calme et proche à la fois du centre ville d'Avallon. Petit plus : Cette maison de famille au charme et à la décoration chaleureuse dispose de pleins de jeux pour enfants, un grand plaisir pour des vacances authentiques avec les enfants. Un séjour que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !"
