The appartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and apppointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds with good quality linen. Everything exceptionally clean. "Very good location. Quiet place, but near enough from the down-town. The room is a small house in a private garden, and well isolated. The system inside is completely new and clean. The most impressive point for me is that I could use a own parking space with only 8 Euro for one night, also quite near the room. Very nice for the users, who visit Renne by car. The owners are very kind and gentle. No bad point I found."

"Belle villa avec beaucoup d'espace, un très grand jardin avec beaucoup de verdure. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir accepté nos 2 petits chiens. Ils ont adorés s'y promener. Le golf est à quelques minutes à pieds. L'endroit "L'Aveneau-Vieille Vigne" est tranquille donc très reposant."
