Set between the sea and Golf de Biarritz - Le Phare, Mer et Golf Loisirs offers self-catering accommodation with a gabinet zabiegowy and an outdoor swimming pool. With a terrace looking onto the golf or sea, the apartments and studios feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and the bathrooms are complete with a bath tub and free toiletries. Bed linen is provided. The fully-equipped kitchenettes include a dining area, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster. A coffee machine and electric kettle are also provided. "The ocean view was lovely! The reception staff was friendly. Be careful getting in and out of the shower because it was weirdly high up and I almost fell. This hotel has a good value for your money, but you get what you pay for so don’t be expecting the ritz. The other bad reviews are pretty funny and I wouldn’t say accurate to the hotel."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful coastline. Our room was big enough and despite our balcony was facing to a golf filed instead of the ocean we enjoyed it very much. It's 25 minutes walk from Biarritz center but there is a bus stop next to the hotel from you can go either to Biarritz or Bayonne. In the room there was a small kitchen with a lot of different cuttlery so you can prepare a simple breakfast or dinner if you would like to. It was a very good value to it's price. There is a nice bar with ocean view in front of the hotel."
"We had to ask for a coffe and tea set for the breakfasts and another set for cleaning the dishes at the reception. Why don't they provide these automatically? The furnitures and the design of the room is a little but outdated."

"Bardzo fajne pokoje gościnne. Przemili i bardzo pomocni gospodarze, cudowne wspaniałe śniadania :) Super wyposażenie - pełen komplet na plażę - maty, ręczniki, parasol, jakieś zabawki dla dzieci, w ogrodzie duży stół gdzie można coś zjeść - sztućce, talerze, urządzenie do lodu - wszystko jest. Bez problemu można parkować przed obiektem na uliczce, zawsze było miejsce. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Kilkanaście minut z górki do miejscowości gdzie jest spora plaża i możliwość wypożyczenia jakichś wodnych atrakcji. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Do większej miejscowości lub jakiegoś większego sklepu trzeba przejechać 10-15 min. W tym samym zasięgu są stacje szybkiego ładowania samochodów więc można zrobić zakupy i się naładować."
"After a long driving day it was delightful to arrive at this old mill on a lovely stream. It was 5-6 km off the main road but well worth the detour. It was quite a treat to have fresh baguette and pastries delivered to our door for breakfast A very relaxing stay."

"We booked 2 rooms here last minute to see a concert. We are so lucky to have found alternative accommodation as we had to cancel our original plan. How Hôtel Moderne still had 2 rooms left during a huge concert is a miracle. The price was more on the expensive side for just 2 nights but understandably so since we booked it literally 15 minutes before arriving at the property! The rooms were just what we needed: a place to sleep, within walking distance of Stade de France, and near a metro for when we wanted to go into Paris city. A huge bonus however was the staff. They were all helpful and accommodating! Another great thing to note in case you’re looking for a place near Stade de France for any event - there are takeaways open until like 3am - 4am in case you need a post-concert munchie. Great hotel - will book again if I wanted to come to Stade de France to watch another concert."
