"Brak mozliwosci podjechania wlasnym samochodem aby rozpakowac samemu bagaze. Pracownik samochodem golfowym zabiera bagaze z parkingu zwazywszy ze okropnie padalo wszystko przemoczone. Przy zameldowaniu same wytyczne i oczekiwania regulamin wysoki zastaw za ewentualne zniszczenia. Od razu zaznaczylismy ze chcemy skorzystac z odplatnej uslugi sprzatania koncowego na co pracownik zareagowal niechetnie i dodal ze toalete i tak musimy posprzatac sami. Czulismy sie nie jak VIP a jak dzieciaki na szkolnych koloniach. Wymeldowanie dosc pozne zwlaszcza jesli sie ma do pokonania troche kilometrow. Mozna oposcic wczesniej ale wtedy bez pracownika i samochodu golfowego samemu z bagazami w deszczu do dosc oddalonego parkingu. Szkoda bo miejcse duper na poziomie ale serwis psuje wszystko."

"Very big and super tidy bungalow, beautiful terrace. Guys from office and reception super professional and service oriented! We had a medical accident with our son and the guys from the office were so supportive and took care of everything! Super nice pools, indoor and outdoor. A lot of travel info and tips on sightseeing, food markets and restaurants with exact distance from the resort and opening hours!"

"Very quiet laid back part of the resort, be aware you can only park in the car park for this side of the resort, no cars allowed past the gate."

"Lovely modern lodge, comfortable beds and bedding. Great power showers. Loved the outside decking area and the general design of the lodge - very chic. Very private as well due to the good design. The staff were lovely and will do their utmost to make your stay comfortable. We loved the spa pool and usually had it to ourselves which was fantastic, it was too cold to visit the outdoor pool but it looked clean and inviting. The location is just what we were looking for and is in easy walking distance of great restaurants and a bakery. There’s loads to do in the area including a gorgeous beach and lots of D day museums and ways to spend each day. We had a lovely trip and can’t wait to return!"

"Not a criticism just a couple of suggestions: bigger coffee cups with proper handles for us tea drinkers. The opening times and menu for the on site takeaway. We didn’t realise we could have had a plancha so again some info on that. But we had a fantastic stay so I hope this is taken as helpful improvements rather than a criticism."

"We stayed in the Olympia. Amazing place. So much room. Very quiet resort. Pool was lovely, very quiet, didn’t have to reserve sun loungers even on hot days. Loved the food from the on site food truck. Such a beautiful little town close by. Didn’t want to come home."

"No oven or bbq. So it was hard to cook for the kids. I paid £4200 for 2 weeks and still had to clean. I know you can pay an extra £75 but I think cleaning should be included. Need bigger coffee cups!"
