"L’appartamento si apre su di una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Pratica è agevole, in un villaggio accogliente e molto pulito ed ordinato."

"Propreté impeccable, personnel très correct. Emplacement idéal, près de la plage. Vue magnifique sur la mer, j’ai pris tous mes repas sur la terrasse. Le jardin et la piscine de la résidence Rochemarine sont superbes. Je n’avais pas de voiture, mais les transports en commun sont praticables : le bus pour Cannes s’arrête à 10 minutes de l’appartement (la nuit, seul le train est disponible, avec une marche un peu plus longue ensuite). J’adore Théoule, j’y ai séjourné à plusieurs endroits, et en termes de rapport qualité-prix, c’est selon moi la meilleure option dans les environs."

The property owner is renting the house not to make good money out of it, but to keep it in the family. It makes a significant difference because the house is maintained with in mind that it is a family house and not a property to be maintained in a state that should be good enough for renting."

Dispone incluso de juegos de mesa para niños, lo que fue un gran detalle. La ubicación es excelente: a 13 minutos de Colmar, 10 minutos de Riquewihr y solo 2 minutos de Kaysersberg. "Very convenient. There was also parking. Communication was very good and the host was very accessible when we had a blocked shower. The appartment is beautiful and everything is very attractively furnished and decorated. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The flat is extremely well heated. We would definitely come again."
