"The appartment is situated on the first line from the beach of Nice, not far from old town. There was everything we needed. The appartment has a kitchen and a balcony. Water bottles as a compliment. The owner was very charming."

"We stayed at Studio 112 for one night. The position is fantastic, right in front of the Promenade Des Anglais. We were warmly welcomed by the host who also offered us a welcome aperitif. There was everything needed and the apartment was clean. On request it's also possible to reserve the private garage. We had a really good stay and we hope to come back soon"

"Small but perfectly organised apartment with everything you'd need. The balcony is a bonus. Location is excellent - on the Promenade des Anglais, and very close to the tram. Most of all, an exceptionally kind and gentle host who made it feel more like a home than a rented property. I would highly recommend this property"
