"Estaba todo muy limpio, la persona que nos atendió Yaima, encantadora, nos ayudó a instalarnos y nos facilitó la estancia. Es de agradecer el aire acondicionado con el calor de Niza. Una cama muy cómoda y la cocina con todo lo necesario.Transporte público a 100 metros, fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad."

"Excellent value for money studio in a convenient location near Avenue Gambetta, only 5-10 minutes walk from the old town. Very light with big windows looking out over some magnificent villas and gardens. Funky decor, small but functional kitchen area and clever mezzanine bed which we found very comfortable (other guests did not, but we like hard mattresses!). No sign of the pool or tennis court though - the host didn’t mention them. Easy check-in and out - keys picked up from a lock-box about 400m from the flat."

Supermarkets and a large range of restaurants and cafes are just around the corner. The host was always available and ready to help. Much appreciated."
