"sehr schönes kleines gemütliches Appartment, tolle Ausstattung, Heizung/extra Heizlüfter, Netflix, Waschmaschine/integrierter Trockner, gute Küchenausstattung, nette Nachbarn, eigener Parkplatz - alles inklusive. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Schule "French in Normandy", Bushaltestelle (zur Innenstadt) 3 Minuten entfern, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Fotos auf Booking.com exakt so wie die Unterkunft ist. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen :-)"

"Des hotes qui viennent vous accueillir, c'est quand même plus sympa qu'une boite à clés. Un logement coloré et lumineux. Deux bouteilles d'eau (plate et gazeuse) dans le frigo. Du linge de maison dont l'odeur n'agresse pas les narines."

"L' accueil de Julie, ce fut très sympa. Elle nous a indiqué un emplacement pour garer notre voiture près du Zénith de Rouen. L' appartement est super. Je recommande ce lieu , près du bus pour aller au centre de Rouen et aussi le tram. Nous sommes prêts à revenir."

"Spacious apartment, with lots of dish to cook. WiFi is pretty fast, it was important for us. The views are amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. But make sure to bring some food with you, since there is only one supermarket with limited food choice (you won’t starve of course but still) and big supermarket is at least 30 min drive away. Vanessa who greeted us was very nice and even though we couldn’t speak the same language she was trying to be helpful and even tried to use Spanish for us in online translator, it was very nice of her!"

"We had a group of 7 and were welcomed on arrival by a friendly member of the management team who provided a tour of the property and addressed the request for an extra key. The management company were highly responsive via booking.com if we had a any queries. The location was excellent - we walked from Gard Du Nord, and as keen walkers visited all majors sites of Paris (Eiffel tower, Sacre coeur, Notre Dame) on Foot (with a scooter for our 4 year old and frequent coffee stops!). The kitchen is very small but well equipped. There was a functioning coffee machine. There are 2 shower rooms within the ensuite rooms, 1 separate toilet, and one bathroom containing toilet and shower. The sofa beds were very comfortable and the heating was adequate for the time of year, The area felt very safe and we were not bothered by noise. It is adjacent to a lovely pizza restaurant, with multiple bakeries and restaurants close to the property."
