"Mark en Jo zijn zeer lieve mensen. Staan 24u op 24u steeds paraat en niks was hen teveel. Super lekker ontbijt. Mooi gerenoveerde hoeve. Kamer waar alles aanwezig is zoals wasmachine, afwasmachine, frigo, kookfornuis, microgolf........ Lekker chillen aan het zwembad. Hier komen we zeker terug."

"Je recommande vivement l'appartement !! L'accueil de Mark et Jo, un couple souriant et très accueillant. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le cadre est idyllique, un magnifique jardin, une très belle piscine et plusieurs endroits pour s'installer dehors. La situation, seulement à 5 min à pied du centre. Possibilité de rentrer la voiture dans la cour sécurisée. Et sans oublier le petit déjeuner exceptionnel qu'il est possible de demander. Merci à Mark et Jo pour ce magnifique séjour !"

"Great house with facilities as stated, excellent location and a reasonable drive to Granville and surrounding beaches. Modern and well double glazed. Good communication from owner."
"Clean place. Everything is functional. Close to the family member we were visiting and close to the center of the town. Towels and shower gel was left, as well as a few biscuits and tea and coffee, which was great."

"I was a bit apprehensive at first about staying here because I looked it up on street view and I was a bit scared about what the neighbourhood was like, but a friend off mine said it was a good street. The wooden door from the pavement opens onto a courtyard with the flat on the ground floor. The layout & use of space in the flat is very well conceived, the lighting is nice and the decor make it feel very homely. The kitchenette is perfect, the bed very comfortable, the water hot and our stay was very quiet. The other great thing is that this flat is on a wonderful main artery road to the centre of Rouen, to the Cathedral in fact, and the other way to the train station.. There are lovely food shops down the road and a little grocery shop on the corner right opposite the flat. No need to go and find a supermarket for food, drinks or snacks! Its a brilliant location."
