"The help and support we received from the patron; Mr. Eric was unbelievable! When we arrived in Libreville, our E-Visas weren´t available for whatever reason. We informed him that we were not allowed to enter the country, and he responded: Maybe I can help... And he did help! Not only that we could enter the country, whenever we had a problem, he was available to solve any issues! He even put us together with a travel agent (Mbolotours Afi & Co) to organize our trip and it was well done. Without Eric our Gabon holidays would have been cancelled! We used his place as a base, whenever we returned to Libreville in the next weeks. He also speaks English, and we can highly recommend his hotel for arrival or departure and a base in Libreville. The food in his little restaurant is also very good and if you let the Chef know in advance what you would like to eat you will not be disappointed!"
"The location is central in town very close to the big market. You need a taxi to go to fancy restaurants closer to the airport or at the beaches, which is not a problem at all, but just that you know."

"Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. L’établissement est un peu vieillot. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres même simple ligne interphone pour pouvoir commander du Room-service ou réveil. Pour un hôtel en centre-ville c’est surprenant. Gros point négatif. Une petite rénovation s’impose."

"I had an overall very good stay at this hotel. The check-in process was not very smooth at first, as the front desk agent tried to charge me extra for early check-in, even though I had already received an email confirming that early check-in would be free. After some discussion, she eventually agreed and let us check in without any additional fees. Aside from that initial issue, the rest of the stay was excellent. The restaurant staff were extremely nice and professional, and the à la carte breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the hotel staff when I forgot my sweater in the room. I called two days later after realizing it was missing, and they had already found it and kept it for me. I was able to pick it up without any issues, which was very nice. Overall, despite the small check-in inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel."

"The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is 9km away from the city center but its good value for the money. My concern was the safety- but it turned out that is very safe and the host was helping me about everything. Nice new bed, and sofa and perfectly functional AC. I recommend it! Great value for the money."
