Opinie gości na temat obiektu Champneys Henlow
"Great facilities, friendly informative staff, nice building with lovely relaxing areas"
"Aucun."
"Great value for money, lovely hotel, very friendly staff, bed, breakfast and evening meal and access to the spa and onsite parking. Food was amazing."
"Had to step into bath for shower (not sure if all rooms are like this, I assume not) and shower head wasn’t brilliant at distributing water evenly. Shower gel in bathroom was empty so had to use the one by the sink"
"Comfortable stay Just wanted to say that Lina that did my treatment was excellent."
"Didn’t like shower curtain in bath, water leaked on the floor. Hot & cold water taps round the wrong way in sink."
"Evening meal was good and the breakfast was fine. The room was pleasant"
"No complaints"
"Hotel is beautiful, gorgeous surroundings and very peaceful. Room was immaculate but could do with a fridge and an upgrade on the mattress. It felt quite old and the springs were coming through slightly. The reception staff were lovely and very pleasant."
"The restaurant staff were a bit all over the show and didn’t really know what they were doing. The food however was unreal so no complaints from that side but the staff think we’re all knew to the job and got a couple of things wrong. Breakfast to the room was 20 minutes late and with us having to be in a meeting for 9am it made things a little rushed."
"The venue itself is stunning. Good spa facilities!"
"My room was quite dated and lots of stains in the bathroom"
"Lovely location and grounds. Welcoming staff. Super pool and spa treatment facilities which my wife enjoyed. Good breakfast and again lovely staff. Crown pub with great restaurant down the road better than hotel restaurant."
"The restaurant area is not great as was some of the food which was underwhelming. No beers served on so called health grounds given wine and cocktails served. The bedrooms are small as are bathrooms. Overpriced for what you get. Treatments are way too overpriced even though my wife enjoyed. I think we pay to stay at a top end place that in reality isn’t all as it seems. Nice place but not that spectacular."
"Everything about it was fantastic. The spa, gym and pool excellent."
"Aucun."
"Nothing was to fault at all spa facilities are amazing"
"Nothing"
"I did not eat or partake in any of the excellent activities on offer at Champneys. I really enjoyed the setting of the hotel. Peaceful and serene. Outstanding for just wandering around the grounds. The room was comfy and the toilet was of good size."
"I would love every hotel in the world to have a Nespresso machine in each room. Alas this hotel did not put one in my room. Not putting anything else down as they are doing it right.!"
