"Travelled from Cornwall to London via train. Location was perfect for us, across from Paddington station with luggage. Check in straight forward lovely staff, very quiet location, stored bags for us on last day. We had the best time so thank you x"

"Couldn’t fault for what we needed."

"The room was warm, comfortable and clean and had a brilliant location."

"The only problem we had was no hot water on the first morning, but otherwise it was excellent value for money."

"Great welcome by the guy at the desk.Very helpful and friendly.Quick check in.Telling me al that l need to know about the hotel stay"

"Room was a little small.Glad it was only for two nights.Shower was remarkably small."

"This family run hotel is the best in the neighbourhood! If you are looking for a home away from home atmosphere, this is the place to go. The owner is an absolute delight to be around. The rooms are the usual London size, small bud cosy. They are cleaned on demand, which is perfect for me. The windows face a quiet street so they are pleasant to stay and sleep in. The location is perfect: 3 minutes from the station, with a great breakfast diner just across the street. This is the only place I want to stay in whenever I'm in the area."

"The beds are on the harder side, which is not my personal preference."

"The staff were lovely. Our room was very clean and tidy and it was in a great location"
