"It was a lovely place with friendly staff and a cosy room. Its secluded in a lovely location and gives u a lovely view breakfast time. The staff had a smile on their faces at all time and that alone helps the mood so much. Thank u very much"
"Breakfast took longer than i though but it was simply cos it was made on the spot. I just wasmt prepared for that. Maybe a heads up on check in wpuld made that little difference. The wait was absolutely worth it so i wouldnt mind for next time. I will just prepared ahead. Breakfast was lovely and well served"
"Fantastic place for the money. James was great very helpful. Evening meals ok. Breakfast was massive and very nice. If you like a big breakfast this is the place for you. Rooms was red hot. Nice and clean. Just needs bathroom sprucing up. But overall great place and would definitely stop there again."

"The location was great for us as it was 4 mins from. Frognall Station. Clean rooms, staff friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the pillows were not very nice. Pity there was no view as we only had velux windows. Booked ground floor room, but we were moved to the first floor for some reason. Breakfast was huge, but the sausage let it down. Both myself & and my son didn't like it, but that might just be a question of personal taste. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was decent and the staff were lovely to accommodate for a child's meal. Overall, we'd stay again if we were up that way."
