"I love YHAs. They are basic but incredibly good value and often in beautiful (if crumbling) buildings in amazing locations. This was no exception. A beautiful ancient building on the south downs way close to a tiny train station. Perfect for visiting Brighton, Charleston House, The Long Man of Wilmington etc."

"I would definitely stay there again so not a deal breaker but it's close to a busy road which can be quite noisy."

"I stayed for 1 night for the Brighton Marathon. While it is 30 minutes away from the CIty Centre by train, it is very nice place and clean. The facilities were good and place is well kept, bathrooms clean and it is 5 minutes wall to the train station. For runners, maybe 30 seconds run 🏃🏽‍♂️ 😃 😄"
