"Clean & sfaff & location. Room size only i was hoping to stay in the same apartment i stayed in last year on the 12 floor. but they told me it's full and they gave me in the 3rd Floor"

"The kitchen needs more new cooking items. I contacted the host, and they gave me new items only. The electric cooker keeps stopping"

"Almost Everything. — - The Apartment was very clean and modern and was fully equipped. - The Building was excellent, very clean and the location was very great and close to the beach, a giant park and many shops and a shopping mall. - The Host was very helpful and kind and was ready to help for anything. - The view was marvellous, and the apartment was located on a high floor. - The Beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. - The Apartment was fully equipped and had everything you might need throughout your stay. - The lighting in the apartment was excellent."

"- There is no Parking in or around the building, You need to find one on the street. - The Water Pressure was weak."

"The small apartment had everything you could need for a good stay- very well equipped with kitchen, washing machine, stand, comfortable beddings, etc. Yulia is a great host, very hands on and friendly."

"Only one of the rooms that we booked had a plumbing issue in the bathroom so the jet spray wasn't working. That apart everything was perfect."

"The facility is neat and tidy all details well thought of. The owner treats it as her own place, location is very nice with a splendid view over the city Beach and park ."

"The beach is not as expected, and lots of arguments with local Georgians for use of the beach facilities ,probably due to language barrier and missing government supervision, so anyone can ask the tourists for anything. In brief it's my first trip to Batumi but I'd rather stay in Tbilisi."

"Номер в тихом месте (не так шумно и людно как в центре). Прекрасный вид из номера на парк, горы и море Хороший пляж возле дома, лежаки и зонтики по 10 лари. В номере есть все необходимое, вся посуда, моющее средство, губка для посуды. Хотелось бы добавить пару капсул для стирки, но это мелочи"

"Великолепный вид на море и парк, очень приветливая хозяйка, уютные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. С лифтом проблем не было, не больше 1-2 минут ожидания"

"Хорошие, чистые апартаменты с видом на море. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания и приготовления еды. Но кухней мы практически не пользовались, рядом было замечательное кафе. До пляжа метров 200. Проблем с очередью на лифт не возникало. Расположение апартаментов нам понравилось, не так шумно и грязно, по сравнению с центральной частью набережной и набережной порта. Но до основных достопримечательностей придется ездить на такси или общественном транспорте."
