"Very comfortable small hotel on the waterfront, 5 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a room on the third floor with a spacious balcony overlooking thr harbour. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Fourni is a lovely little island off the usual tourist track, so it's quieter and much less crowded. There are plenty of good quality bars, cafes and restaurants. We were struck by how clean and tidy all the premises were, all freshly painted and immaculate. The beaches had virtually no litter or debris and the sea was beautifully clear."

"The location was brilliant: right on the waterfront, a couple of hundred metres from the ferry moorings. And only a very short walk to the main shopping street with its good range of tavernas. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. Value for money was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was fine, although without much variety from day to day."

"It's a pity that we were too early in the season for the hotel's indoor/outdoor cafe bar to be open. A couple of non-hotel points: Fourni is a very small and beautiful island, with few tourists. Renting a car for a couple of days was worthwhile, but we couldn't find a single taverna open anywhere outside Fourni town. Ferry services are punctual and efficient, but they don't operate every day, and timetables are confirmed quite late in the day for planning purposes. The local travel agency was a great source of info."

"Really great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need, we even got a baby cot for our little kid. The beds are comfortable, the balconies have nice view of the harbour and it's pretty quiet during the nights. The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful, especially Stamatoula who we were so happy to get to know! We really loved Fourni and Archipelagos hotel and will certainly come back."

"We had a fantastic room with a lovely balcony. The balcony got the sun for 90% of the day and overlooked the port. The room had a small fridge and a kettle. Breakfast was served until 10.30am each day and there were plenty of different things to eat. All the staff were very friendly and the cleaning lady was excellent. The room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding & towels. We visited in October and found quite a few tavernas open, so no problem getting something to eat. We tried a different place each night and none knocked our socks off but all were adequate. There is a small boat each day that goes to the nearby island of Thymena which we went on one day. Thymena is really quiet but well worth a visit. We found one taverna on the island similar in quality to those on Fourni. There is an excellent bakery on Fourni - half way up the main street on the right hand side. The lady in there was very friendly and helpful and the cakes were divine."
