"Najlepsza w tym hotelu jest lokalizacja.Z lotniska mozna bezposrednio sie dostac autobusem A21,ktory zatrzymuje sie bezposrednio przed hotelem.Stacja metra Jordan jest doslownie 2 min.od hotelu.W poblizu jest mnostwo knajpek i restauracji.Baza wypadowa do centrum najlepsza.Obsluga w hotelu bez zarzutu.Pokoje zgodne z opisem,czysto z mini barem.Jest dostepna kawa i herbata.Nie mielismy sniadan w hotelu wiec nie moge sie wypowiedziec,ale poniewaz hotel miesci sie w centrum handlowym na dole jest mnostwo restauracji.Mozna zostawiac bez dodatkowych oplat bagaze przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu bez ograniczonego czasu.Wi-Fi dzialalo bez problemu. "Stacjonowaliśmy w przestronnym dwuosobowym pokoju. Oprócz dwóch metrowych łóżek, mieliśmy do dyspozycji uszaka. Pokój wyposażony w czajnik, herbatę. W lodówcę woda i napoje. Woda w puszkach uzupełniana codziennie. Pojedyncze metrowe łóżko pozwala wyspać się nawet z dzieckiem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. W recepcji udzielono pomocy w znalezieniu apteki (na przeciwko). Pan w restauracji, udostępnił nam świeczkę by poświętować urodziny. Śniadania smaczne. Dostępny basen. Uwaga, nie nadaje się do zabawy w okresie zimowym - woda jest zimna... za to mobilizuje do pływania."

"Mimo informacji na Booking, że dziecko 7-8 letnie nie płaci za hotel, musieliśmy dopłacić za śniadania. Trochę brakowało dodatkowych gniazdek przy łóżkach."

"Location, the hotel is built on top of an MRT. We did not have to exit the building to catch a train."

"The air conditioning was easy to use. Location was good. Breakfast was good in the beautiful and quiet restaurant. The lifts were fast, taxi was easy to get, and metro and bus stops were nearby."

"The pool was not in use. There wasn't kettle or coffee maker in the room. It wasn't always easy to find the hotel, metro and so on in the Prudential Centre."

"I had a great stay at the Prudential Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right above the MTR station, which made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel itself has a very interesting layout, and my room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and featuring a wonderful view. "A great central location with easy access to the MCR and local shops it was very clean and the staff were friendly and always willing to assist you, our room was spacious and light with a daily maid service if required."

"Probably the restaurant food was not to our taste for breakfast we didn’t bother with anything else as we were visiting a relative and ate out but it would have been nice to of had a decent bar area that was open for an evening drink when we returned from excursions but it small and rarely open."

"I asked something to prepare even just a note for a birthday celebration and they confirmed they will have something in the room for us to surprise my daughter and me. Then the following day was the time they have signs of what is complimentary inside the room. I think we were given the room that was just cleaned and not really prepared for us. but this is just my comment for that day. overall we like the room."
