Brak kawey z ekspresu. Ale to chwilowy problem jak poinformował manager - ekspresję w naprawie.

The Wifi could be better in the apartments and the TV had only certain hours of transmission,,,, but maybe better for a relax vacation

Pokój ciemny, podłoga skrzypiąca, wszystko słychać przez cienkie drewniane ściany. Czystość nieprzesadna.

"The territory is huge with a lake and a river, very green, and wild (they don’t seem to do any trimming or gardening there) So it has its charm. This part is exceptional, and very attractive"

Mainly that the experience does not correspond with the price, which would fit a 5-star hotel. Here everybody’s friendly and they try their best, but it feels like it’s the first time they are being a waiter, a host etc.

"De gastvrouw was echt heel fijn. Super ontvangst. Het huisje was helemaal top. Het was een nieuw huisje dus het was helemaal top. Het is nog een domein in opbouw dus wij waren helemaal alleen. Super fijn. Het uitzicht was heel mooi."

Er lag veel rommel in de bungalow die niet noodzakelijk was. Die spullen zorgde voor een rommelige indruk. Ook het eten van de vorige bewoners hoeven niet. Een basis van peper, zout en olie zijn prima. Maar zakken chips, halve flessen wijn,...maken het wat vies. Maar helemaal een prima verblijf.

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Super powitanie. Zajechaliśmy po 22-giej. W bungalowach były zapalone nastrojowe światła, pachniało lawendą i schłodzone pomieszczenia dawały bardzo dobre wrażenie. Baseny, zadbane boiska, kryta hala, możliwość dokupienia kortów. Na recepcji w hotelu pracują przemiłe panie płynnie komunikujące się w po angielsku. Śniadania standard hotelowy. Codzienna wymiana ręczników i opróżnianie śmieci na plus. Jakość do ceny oceniam dość dobrze."

Słabo czyszczone obiekty np. Podłoga w jadalni, w niektórych miejscach brak podejścia „I care” uszkodzone sprzęty i infrastruktura. Właściciel mówi tylko po chorwacku i przy pierwszym spotkaniu ciężko mu wytłumaczyć, że jest się gościem hotelowym. Polecam noszenie opasek wydawanych w recepcji hotelu aby uniknąć nieporozumień 🙂
