"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

Korzystanie z prysznica. Ale idzie to zaakceptować jak za taką cenę.

"Hostel w pierwszej linii brzegowej. Siedzisz w świetlicy, patrzysz przez okno, a tam Ocean. Duża kuchnia z 2 lodówkami do dyspozycji gości. Kilka toalet i pryszniców. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, to tylko 10-12 minut od lotniska. W pobliżu szlaki turystyczne. Czysto. Miałam łózko w pokoju 4 osobowym, pokój nieduży ale można spokojnie się przespać. Dobra cena. Bez luksusu, ale cena jak na Wyspy Owcze super. Zabierz swój ręcznik."

Obok hostelu nieduży kemping, w sezonie może być tłoczno!

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. Thanks Charlie for your great hospitality, I will definitely recommend 77 Tourist House!"

"Fantastic location. I had a private room and bathroom. Fantastic. Quiet, helpful staff and a great location. Loved it. Super close to walking up the hill for a great view over the city and close to all key sites in the old city. Inexpensive and good value. I didn't eat breakfast there as there is a wonderful garden cafe 1 min walk in the same street which is lovely for good coffee and food."

Hot water was a little temperamental and loo leaked.

I went out of season so not that busy to meet people

"Wszystko jak w ofercie, na zdjęciach. Wszystko co potrzebne. Wifi , klimatyzacja, aneks kuchenny, łazienka ok. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy (można dojechać na lotnisko i do centrum). Szefa akurat nie było fizycznie (w kontakcie przez telefon), ale jego koledzy Mahinda i Rashid otoczyli mnie dobrą opieką. Dziękuję."

Dostaliśmy pokoje w dwóch różnych częściach/budynkach - trochę uciążliwe, gdy podróżuje się jako grupa, a hostel nie poinformował nas o tym wcześniej (nie widać tego z poziomu rezerwacji).

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

Dwie łazienki to trochę mało przy pełnym obłożeniu. Dla niektórych ważne może być to że nie ma windy- dość wysokie 4 piętro.
