"Jeśli komuś zależy na miejscu oddalonym od miasta, to jest to bardzo dobry wybór. Choć do centrum też nie jest daleko. Można szybko dojechać taksówką. Na pewno personel zasługuje na bardzo dobrą ocenę. Pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi. Duży i wygodny parking. Śniadanie ok, ale bez fajerwerków."

Niestety, hotel nie oferuje apartamentów z doma pokojami. Dostawiono nam jedno łóżko z bardzo niewygodnym materacem. Internet praktycznie nie działał.

"The location is what I loved the most. The restaurant woodlands was also nice. The fruit and cookies were much appreciated."

The size of the room was a little cramped.

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"I loved it here. I was super comfortable in my cabin and it was really clean. The fans were more than enough to keep me cool. Highly recommend!!"

Brakowało lampki do czytania (nocnej), ale to tylko szczegół.

"El desayuno muy rico, y variado. Le falto unos huevos revueltos para darnos mas proteina en el desayuno para levantar, pero todo estaba muy rico."

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

The room could have been bigger and the washroom/wet room was quite small !!

"Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Fabrice, pracujący w recepcji udzielił nam wielu cennych informacji potrzebnych w czasie podróży. Mieliśmy z nim kontakt mailowy nawet, kiedy przebywaliśmy w rejonie Gitega.. Starał się bardzo, abyśmy byli zadowoleni. Zamówił nam pyszne śniadanie z wyśmienitą kawą w restauracji hotelowej w ramach ceny hotelu. W hotelu niezwykle czysto, a w pokoju gustownie i kolorystycznie dobrane wszelkie dekoracje. Obsługa czuwa nad bezpieczeństwem gości hotelowych. Do centrum można dojechać busikiem, zatrzymującym się kilkaset merów od hotelu. Bardzo blisko jest też szpital, w którym pracują polskie siostry Kanoniczki Ducha Świętego na czele z siostrą Teofilą, którą miałam okazje poznać."

Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku.

"Pięknie położony hotelik z winoroślami oplatającymi cały obiekt. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny, do tego przepyszne jedzenie i wino :)"

Szpary w drzwiach, przez które wlatywało zimne powietrze

"Location was good, the rest of the accommodation was of a very poor standard."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"I loved it at the Holiday Inn. Very warm and welcoming staff. The facilities were clean comfortable."

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.
