"Mostly I liked the hotel staff and owner. All were very friendly and much customer orientated. The location of the hotel is great and behind the historical city wall in the center of the old city centre of Novigrad. The breakfast was extraordinary and also the wellness/spa area was very nice. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel in Novigrad."

"Basically everything you can rate, was just better than usual service for that money. - location: in every direction you go cca. 100 m, you get to the marina/beach & hotel is located in next to the city park - wellness: sauna, swimming pool & jacuzzi included in price, spacious spa area - staff: extra polite, no matter who approached us was very attentive - ambient: relaxing, mixture of medieval and modern, vivid, every detail is in place - breakfast: abundant and high-quality ingredients (e. g. salmon, local hand-made desserts. - wi-fi: works REALLY fast, you can watch HD video without problems - TV: had channels all of them working, some even in my local language - value for money: really excellent List could really go on and on, we could not find anything bad. Keep on doing excellent job!"

"The best hotel experience so far. The staff were nice and spoke English. Our room was in the new part of the hotel, and we were very satisfied with it. The furniture was modern, the bed comfortable, and there was enough space for storage. The bathroom was also very beautiful and had a big shower. The air conditioning worked very well, but it was a bit loud. There were many options for breakfast (also several for vegetarians), and the coffee was good. The hotel's location was also perfect, as there were many restaurants nearby."

"The ac was loud. There were not enough parking spots, so we had to park somewhere else. The hotel paid for one day of the parking, though. I suggest you pay for one day when you park because you can pay for the rest of your stay at the hotel! :) The pool was also small, but the beach is a short walk away."

"Absolutely a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay! It's directly in the centre of Novigrad and therefore you can easily reach the beach within minutes by foot. We were housed within the old building at the top floor and absolutely enjoyed the overall feeling within the room. Everything was clean, very friendly as well as helpfull staff and the breakfast was perfect. Can highly recommend if you stay in Novigrad!"
