"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dromidah Lodge. The hosts were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The lodge is set in a beautiful village, with the stunning Glenbower Wood just a short walk away — perfect for peaceful walks and nature lovers. It’s also an ideal base for exploring the area, with easy access to wonderful places like Cobh, Blarney Castle, Ardmore village, and Youghal. A relaxing, comfortable stay in a fantastic location — we would happily return and highly recommend it to others."

"Location was ideal, close to the local pub, which had great food. Local shops and takeaways nearby. Room was comfy and clean and great heating and lovely shower. The owner was gave us lots of info on where to go for walking our dogs."
"For us the on draw back was eating. We were quite limited on places to eat with our specific diets. One fussy eater and vegan. But this place is great for a short break."

"Taking in to account it was the month of December the room were cold when we arrived It would have be nice if the heating was put on prior to our arrival. The taxi service we used was so expensive for 4.5 mile we were charged 28Euro cant justify the price, total rip off"

"Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

"It's a comfortable little apt with everything you could need. The host had a lovely welcome basket of bread, milk, butter and treats ready for us when we arrived. Theres a lovely outdoor sitting area for when the weather is good. The place is spotless and the bath and shower are amazing!!!"
