"Dobra lokalizacja, w części miasta, z której rozciągają sie piękne widoki na zatokę i Ogrody Bahaickie. Blisko metra Karmelit. Ogromnym atutem jest darmowy parking. Sympatyczna obsługa, a także właściciele. Smaczne śniadanie. Atutem jest też to, że hotel jest mały, dzięki czemu jest w nim sympatyczna atmosfera."

"Podczas jednego ze śniadań Pani sprzątała salę, przestawiała krzesła bardzo hałasując, nie było to miłe doświadczenie przy posiłku. Pokój mieliśmy bardzo niski i ciemny, trudno się go wietrzyło, więc trochę nie odpowiadał nam w nim zapach, bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie. Bardzo słychać odgłosy z innych pokojów."

"Swietny hotel polozony przy samych ogrodach w Haifie. Bardzo duzy pokoj i bardzo czysty. Na dole w patio na gosci czekalo ciastko i kawa (totalnie za darmo). Sniadania byly bardzo urozmaicone i mozna bylo sie najesc do syta. Bardzo milo spedzony czas."

"Niestety na koniec wyjazdu caly klimat wspanialego hotelu popsula pani z recepcji ktora twierdzila ze nie zaplacilismy za swoj pobyt. Byla przy tym bardzo niemila i potraktowala nas bardzo nie ladnie. Oczywsicie na koniec okazalo sie ze to ona jest w bledzie a my mielismy wszystko uregulowane. "This was a wonderful hotel in a great location and an excellent value for the money. My room was clean and my shower was hot. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. And breakfast was delicious."

"Breakfast and location were exactly what I expected. The staff was friendly and excellent, and the service the highest quality. (This was also what we expected; still, it's always nice when your high expectations are met). Two things which exceeded my expectations were the 24-hour coffee-and-snack setup on the main floor, and the common room on the ground floor. It was usually empty and always available, and I availed myself of its use on several occasions. I did have some computer work to do, and the room was too small to do it in, so I used the common room, which has a very large table for work and a very pleasant lounge suite."

"The room was a bit small for the two of us -- but that's a feature of the hotel, and it also was what I expected (from my previous trips to Israel). To have gotten a larger room would have meant spending a lot more on a hotel, which we weren't about to do. Two things which disappointed me were (1) we could not take a 'light lunch' from the breakfast. We were on a Baha'i pilgrimage and on about three or four of the nine days we are asked to bring a 'light lunch' (we wouldn't be having lunch in any location where there are restaurants). I was hoping to bring something from the breakfast, but the hotel policiy was for us not to take food out of the breakfast area. (2) There was no laundry service."

"Quiet room despite of location on a busy street. Tasty breakfast with large variety of sandwiches and salads. Unique building with a pleasant courtyard, with a sitting-room and a library, with roof access."

"Friendly people. Very accommodating. Let me keep my bags there a lot of hours. Easy access with key. Rooms cleaned .I didn’t eat the food but it looked average. Sukkah was it kosher? Also short bus ride to Carmel beach ."

"The location is just great, close to zoo, Japan museum, Baha'i gardens, restaurants, public transportation. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The hosts are very nice people."
