"Zaangażowanie właściciela i kontakt z nim. Widać, że dba by goście czuli się jak w domu, wyposażenie pokoju jak i wspólnej kuchni oddaje domową atmosferę. Dobra lokalizacja na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania np Cinque Terre. Bliskość sklepów i zwiedzanie atrakcji La Spezia na piechotę."
"Jednak bliskość dworca i ruchliwej ulicy to halas w nocy - trzeba to brać pod uwagę. Dodatkowo powietrze w tej okolicy nie należy do najlepszej jakości, dobrze że było to wyższe piętro."

Do centrum na piechotę około 15 minut. W tym samym budynku na dole jest bar, gdzie można wypić kawę i zjeść corneto."

"The location was close to the station and within easy reach of the port via bus. The kitchen was very useful and there was a fridge in the room as well as in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. "Really close to the train station which helps a lot if you visit Cinque Terre as we did. The room is located in a 3 story building across the train station with elevator to access it very conveniently. There is a shared dining room with everything you need to enjoy a snack or have a coffee, tea or other beverages. We got our instructions on how to enter the building and access the room in a very timely manner and explained in detail (small video included) via WhatsApp. The host was very helpful and willing to help which we very much appreciated."

"At first it felt quaint but it was very comfortable and homely . Super hosts and the place is small but exactly what you need to enjoy La spezia and cinque Terre . The location was just a 2 min walk from the station . One min access to busses. Supermarkets and restaurants were 5 to 10 min away"
