"The hotel is clean and during the day you can view the Aso Mount from the entrance windows. The room was also amazingly spacious. When you check in, you can choose 1 full hour during which you can access the onsen; the onsen is then only booked for you. The staff was really welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Good concept but not professionally staffed and operated. To be fair staff tried to please and were pleasant. You said English. Practically non-existent. I had to use Apple translator to order food on a very limited menu. Check it out."
"I love the outdoors but when you pay as much and the basics are not there …. Hers a good one. Everyone loves a nice hot onsen. On the second night it went icy cold. There was no one no phone to call."
"The staff was so nice and friendly, always available to help. The room was very big and we were able to have the onsen only for ourselves. I totally recommend this place."
"There were no real table to eat in our room, and since there aren't any restaurant nearby, you have to bring your own food from konbini into your room. But other than that, nothing bad about it !"
"De jongeman achter de receptie sprak geweldig Engels en was een van de meest gastvrije mensen die we tijdens onze reis van 7 maanden zijn tegengekomen! We hadden het rode huis op de heuvel, wat een fijne plek. Het is groter dan het op de foto’s leek, heeft vier ruime eenpersoons bedden, een ruime eettafel, bankstelsel en ook op het balkon kan je fijn zitten. Ze serveerden diner op onze kamer, het was heerlijk. En we genoten van de gratis onsen. Kortom: het was geweldig!"

"対人がない気楽さの反面人がいない怖さ(幽霊より悪い生きた人間が入り込んでないかの方)ホテルの玄関は開いていたので部屋の鍵を外出時ドアの番号鍵の小箱に入れてなので防犯上ちょっと怖かったのとウェルカムドリンクがペットボトルで消費期限が切れてたのとあと２日ほどで切れるものを気づかず部屋に持って入ったので割と気にしない性格なので私たちは良いのですが時々注意したほうが良いですよーとは思いました"
