"We were warming welcome and received outstanding assistance in many forms from the host throughout our stay. The host help us transport our luggages in the thick snow. The property was exceptionally clean, well resourced and comfortable. Location was great, in the ski resort and gondola station nearby. Ingyou was such an amazing host, helping us with every elements of our stay, can't thank him enough! He took my son to the hospital and was there explaining to the Doctor on the injury, helping to interpret and making sure everything is fine. He is such an amazing host! Highly recommended!"

"Our hosts were so lovely and showed incredible hospitality. The house was beautiful and right in the snow resort with easy walking distance to ski lifts. The hosts were always on call and helped us with every question, even took us to the supermarket each day for supplies. I can not thank them enough. We stayed as a family of 9 and had an incredible time. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals on site. The house provided a BBQ with charcoal for grilling. Each day our hosts filled the private Onsen tub for us to soak in after a big day skiing. Bedrooms were spacious and warm with many bed options. There are several rental shops close by for rental of snowboards, ski's and snow wear. We loved our stay over Christmas 2024 and cant not thank the hosts enough for such a memorable experience. Will definitely stay again!"

"We loved the beautiful service given to us. We can't speak highly enough of the help above and beyond our expectations and attention given to us mostly by Ham but of course Keimi as well. The facilities were good and we enjoyed cooking nice meals in the kitchen. The hot onsen too just what was needed often after skiing by the family. Words can't explain how much we appreciated.
