"Doskonałe miejsce. Mieszkałam tam dwa tygodnie. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony, tv, czajnik, mini lodówka, czyste ręczniki, czysta pościel. Usługa sprzątania codziennie. Na pierwszym piętrze balkony są połączone z sąsiadami, ale na drugim - oddzielne. Lokalizacja w samym centrum Siem Reap. 2 minuty spacerem od Old Market. Dookoła sklepy, restauracje, obok także Night Market. Mały basen, ale czysty o zadbany. Z czystym sumieniem polecam."

"Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu. Polecam wszystkim podróżującym do Siem Rep. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Mieliśmy duże zamieszanie związane z rezerwacją pokoju (z naszej winy), ale obsługa potrafiła rozwiązać nasz problem dodając jedno łóżko, na jedną noc do naszego pokoju. Polecam również zamawianie transportu w recepcji hotelowej. Zwłaszcza z lotniska do hotelu i z hotelu na lotnisko, ponieważ koszty takiego przejazdu różnią się znacząco od tych oferowanych na lotnisku, oczywiście na korzyść hotelu. Warto zamówić w hotelu odbiór z lotniska! Ponadto, recepcja hotelu pomaga przy organizacji wycieczek podstawiając busa oraz organizując przewodnika. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo duże nawet dostawione na jeden dzień dodatkowe łóżko nie spowodowało znaczącego dyskomfortu. Jeżeli wybieracie się do Siem Rep polecam ten hotel."

"Ogólnie nie było, źle. Pokoje bardzo duże, łazienki również. Dla osób które wymagają komfortu powiem, że w hotelu nie ma windy (ale są tyko dwa piętra a obsługa recepcji pomaga wnieść bagaże), i zamiast karty do pokoju są normalne klucze. Dla nas nie był to problem."

"The hotel is in an awesome location, very central, right across the bridge from the old market and one the same side as the night market, easy walking to Pub Street. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfy and great sized bathroom. The in house massage was wonderful. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. There is a supermarket next door and also a laundry service so you have everything you need. My room was at the front and it was a little noisy with traffic and the Hard Rock Cafe with its nightly band was super loud but it finished at 10/11pm and I just used ear plugs so didn't bother me."

"I actually had a different hotel booked but cancelled that one as Blanc Smith was recommended to me by someone who had just stayed there! The hotel itself was more than what I had expected, it is so close to the markets, shops, restaurants and the staff were so lovely!"

"The hotel was located close to the night market, river and Pub Street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The security guard was brilliant at helping the taxi driver park and back out onto the street. The pool was very clean and refreshing on the hot days."

"I stayed at this hotel for about a week, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the area, very convenient. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel, but it’s quite expensive. If you walk about 100 meters down the street, you’ll find a much larger and cheaper supermarket. The service at the hotel is very good. James is a friendly and pleasant staff member who’s always willing to help. The housekeeping is excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they even changed the sheets when I asked. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but overall the atmosphere is nice. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high compared to other places in the area. There are hotels nearby with the same standard at half the price. Other than that, everything was very good."

"Excellent location, great value for money. Pub street and food is a two minute walk from the hotel. The staff were excellent and super lovely! Jame was superb and made checking in and out super easy. The hotel was very helpful when we left behind an item and arranged to look for it for us. Amazing!"
