"Short walk to the metro station line 1 and Jegi-dong market. Great staff, very helpful. Good value. Good aircon, free to use washing machine, wardrobe, shower, fridge freezer, terrace. It was very easy to extend our stay. Thank you."

"I was very pleased to stay in an appartment and not a hotel because I wanted to feel like a local and not a tourist during my stay. I took a gamble despite some negative reviews and I do not regret it. It is true that the owner could improve some things but overall it is acceptable given the price. What i really liked is that he was very reactive when I made a demand. On the night I arrived I noticed the cooking top was not working and some bowls and cutlery were missing I sent a message and went to bed and went I woke up i was provided with new equipement within a few hours. The flat is only 4 minutes away from a nice supermarket and not a convenience store so you can eat nice meals without having to go to a restaurant. I stayed almost 2 weeks so that was appreciated. The metro and bus station are also 4 mins away and you are in the center in less than 30 min so it is fine."

"무엇보다 정말 친절하셨어요. 그리고 쾌적하고 좋았구요. 아침까지 포함된 가격이라 감사히 잘 먹었습니다. 그런데 이왕이면 1층 로비에 있는 커피 머신이 아침식사제공되는 장소에 있으면 더 좋을 것 같의 고려해봐주세요. 다른 건 모두 대만족입니다. 또 울산 갈일 있으면 호텔 치즈 이용할 겁니다. 아참... 침대에 전기담요를 깔아서 침상만들기를 해두어서 정말 지져가며 푸욱 잘 수 있었는데... 이런 서비스는 여기에서만 받을 수 있는 것 같아요."
