"If I could rate this hotel 100 out of 10, I would! My stay was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to the manager, Mustafa, for his incredible patience and professionalism. He helped me organize my airport transfer even though I was indecisive about the timing and asked to change it several times — he handled it with total calm and kindness. The service is lightning-fast. I accidentally locked my safe, and the team fixed the problem in just 5 minutes! Highlight of the stay: Breakfast: Do not miss it! There is a huge variety of delicious food. View: The sea view rooms are breathtaking. Location: Very convenient, literally 10 minutes from the airport. The staff makes you feel so welcome. I can’t recommend Lancaster Suites enough and will definitely stay here again!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 20 times, and it has never once disappointed me. it’s always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the blonde lady at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, funny, and made me feel right at home in Canada. Her warm attitude, along with the consistently excellent service, is the reason I keep coming back!!"
