The location is perfect — close to a safe beach area for swimming, which was a big plus. The food was delicious and served at a high standard. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "It was a big and nice property, everything was there, a nice view, the ocean, a big garden and a pool which was very clean and well maintained. All the staffs were really friendly and helpful!"

"There where alot of mosquitoes. And the bed sheet was not very clean, also the ac stoped working suddenly but as soon as i mentioned all this at the reception, they apologized and helped us out immediately."

"Great value for money. The staff is amazing and they are trying their best to accommodate your requests and give you a great service. Super calm and quiet and facing the beach. We preferred this hotel to Cinnamon Bay which is next to this, because Cinnamon was too crowded, including the garden and pool. Here we could use the pool without too many people and not a lot of children running around. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice as well."

"The hotel should invest in maintenance and repair of the hotel as you can see the signs the hotel needs renovation. There's not a lot staff can do in this case. When we checked in we realized the bathroom was not very clean and it had hair left from the previous guests. Management should train and educate staff. Wi-fi is not good and can be improved."

"Staff was really kind..they upgraded us to a superior suite, especially the manager who made things happen promplty, as it was my sons bday and he wanted to stay in a room with a bath tub. They also arranged a cake for him, which made his day. The room was comfortable and big, bathroom too was really nice and the attached gallery had a fantastic view. We really had a good stay."
