"Super place for the price. I had my own room with air con and a toilet and shower. It’s 800m about to the bus station and walking distance to most restaurants and stores in Savusavu. Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we felt like home. New AC, clean and well attained. The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.

Praktycznie nikt nie mówi po angielsku (próbowała z nami porozumieć się jedna recepcjonistka). WiFi było dostępne tylko w niektórych segmentach. My zostaliśmy po przybyciu poinformowani że w naszym pokoju nie ma WiFi. Jest to utrudnienie ponieważ w lokalizacji hotelu nie ma zasięgu właściwie u żadnego lokalnego operatora. Nawet jak WiFi jest, to nie da się z niego sensownie korzystać (może poza porankami albo późno w nocy). Teoretycznie można płacić kartą ale jak chcieliśmy to zrobić to akurat terminal nie działał (może również problem z internetem?). Byliśmy zmuszeni zapłacić gotówką i w euro - niestety po niekorzystnym kursie wymiany. Dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi, że nie jest to nasza wina, został zastosowany korzystny przelicznik.

"J'ai aimé tout le reste, qu'il s'agisse de la nourriture, des activités proposées ou de la gentillesse du personnel"

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

"Fantastyczny obiekt. Pokoje bardzo skromne, było łóżko, jakaś szafka, mały stoliczek i klimatyzacja. Balkonik z pięknym widokiem. Cisza i spokój, z dala od zgiełku i tłoku w centrum. Basen rewelacja. Pyszna kolacja i śniadanie. Dojazd trochę wymagający, jest dość stromo. Zejście na plażę drużką po kamieniach, trochę można się pogubić. Bardzo nam się podobało."

W łazience nie działała spłuczka. Brakowało w pokoju kubków lub szklanek.

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"Najlepszy hostel w Mestii aby poznać super ludzi i iść na trekking do Ushguli czy się pointegrowac. Wygodne łóżka. Staromodny dom z pięknym ogrodem i tarasem dla gości. Można zrobić pranie za 5 lari. Jest ok kuchnia. Do centrum ok 15-20 min pieszo."

"A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life."

Personel bardzo pomocny, mówi po angielsku (moglismy zaparkować skuter pod samym domkiem, który potem zabezpieczyli dodatkową blokadą z alarmem). Cisza, spokój, bardzo rodzinnie. Polecamy z całego serca."

Podobało się wszystko, ale gdyby były hamaki na tarasie i lodówka w pokoju, to pewnie zostalibyśmy dłużej😜

"El lugar en si es bastante placentero, sin ruido de carros, rodeado de árboles y la cabaña es una belleza, muy limpia, amplia, cómoda, con absolutamente lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana bastante relajado. La persona que nos estuvo monitoreando por teléfono, muy amable y atenta, muy servicial en todo momento. RECOMENDADISIMO"

"Piękne miejsce. Lokalizacja to właściwie centrum lokalnej wioski. Skromne drewniane domki. W nocy na Sao Tome standardowe braki prądu. Domki przy samym brzegu oceanu mają piekny widok ale w nocy fale są bardzo głośne i ciężko zasnąć. Właściciel przesympatyczny, bardzo pomocny, można dużo się dowiedzieć o wyspie, wycieczkach. Na śniadanie kawa, owoce dżemy i jajka. Polecam ale dla osób nie wymagających superwygody. Może zdarzyć się brak prądu i ciepłej wody."

"Przepyszne jedzenie, zawsze z fantastycznym widokiem. Pokoje czyste. Wspaniała obsługa, Lolita jest niesamowita, pomogła nam we wszystkim, jest bardzo miłą, cierpliwą i pracowitą osobą. Wprowadza ciepłą atmosferę od pierwszego dnia pobytu. Mają 2 przyjazne psy i kotka, uwielbiałam spędzać tam wolne chwile Chętnie zatrzymam się ponownie"

"It is a unique carribean cottage, which is a little gem. It is a five minute walk to a lovely beach. We cooked in as the kitchen had everything one required. We had our meal out on the verandah next to the kitchen and watched the sunset. Sabina is a wonderful hostess. When we arrived she tried to book as into a restaurant but it was full so she took us to the local supermarket to ensure we would have a good meal. Keith was also really helpful and a great guy. We wished we had booked it for longer."

We liked it all.

"Fantastic location. Great facilities and will be even better shortly with new tents under construction. Excellent meals and extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Take the food and day trip offerings- you won't regret it but stay at least 2 nights to really enjoy the location."
