"Smaczne śniadania, chociaż bufet skromny, jednak dla nas wystarczający. Piekna restauracja i bar. Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżka i bardzo wygodne poduszki! Łazienki wyposażone w żel, szampon, balsam do ciała i sól do kąpieli! Ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie jeśli chodzi o walory estetyczne."

"Hotel odwiedziliśmy w Wielkanoc i niestety nie mieliśmy możliwości zjedzenia kolacji w restauracji hotelowej, ponieważ wszystko było już zarezerwowane - wyglada na to, że restauracja jest dostępna dla wszystkich, tym sposobem ludzie z ulicy mieli już zrobione wcześniej rezerwacje, a my jako goście hotelowi musieliśmy szukać czegoś na mieście, co z uwagi na okres świąteczny wcale nie było łatwe, bo większość restauracji była zamknięta. Uważam że w takim przypadku Hotel powinien wcześniej informować o tym, że ich restauracja działa w taki sposób, mielibyśmy możliwość dokonania rezerwacji stolika. Byliśmy pewni, że dla gości hotelowych stolik jest zapewniony. Podobnie w drugi dzień pobytu - w restauracji odbywało się baby shower i była ona wyłączona z użytku dla gości hotelowych włącznie z tarasem - który defacto jest bardzo ładnie zagospodarowany. Niestety nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać, żeby napić się kawy czy drinka lub zwyczajnie odpocząć. Taka informacja, że niektóre udogodnienia są wyłączone z użytku w danym terminie powinna byc od razu uwzględniona przy rezerwacji. To by nam znacznie usprawniło logistykę tego wyjazdu."

"Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, specially since we took the trip as a surprise, it was a spur of the moment trip, and they were very accommodating in keeping out bags as the room wasn't ready when we arrive. The look of the hotel, was nice and Staff 10/10"

"*Room wasn't very clean, dust under the bed and on lamps, rubbish next to the side table in a gap. *Beds were 2 beds to create 1 and could feel the indent in the middle, that was kind of disappointing. *Internet speed, although says high, it kept lagging, and lacked connection."

"Soundproofing of room is quite poor and you can hear a lot of sounds throughout the night, from inside and outside the hotel (A/c units, street traffic etc. ) It didn't bother us but something to consider."

"We were really comfortable during our stay, location is great, next to many busses and a train station, area is lovely and close to the center, staff are so helpful and nice, room is big and bed and pillows are crazy comfortable! Room has a kettle and hot drinks, and there free coffee at the reception every morning. They were also kind and considerate placing my elderly parents in a room with direct access to the elevator. all and all, highly recommend"

"We booked two rooms, one for me and my husband and one for my parents the light in our room was a bit dim, would be great to have more lights, especially in the bathroom. I used to go up to my parents room to apply my makeup, as there's plenty of lights in their room, so it depends on the room :)"
