"The room was not very clean, as under the bed you could see pieces of concrete (ongoing works in the riad right now). To enter the room one has to bend, as the entrance is on the stairs, thus not suitable for elderly travellers. Mold on the bathroom shower curtain. We also didn’t get the pillowcases. Pretty noisy as the walls are really thin."

"As a group of women, we felt unsafe having to leave our room key every time we left the room. In addition, the main door is always closed and they say someone from reception is always there but it happened more than once that they weren’t and we were left waiting outside for a bit. Also, being at ground floor you hear absolutely everything, the doorbell and people on the street. The bathroom structure is horrible."
